Introducing ourselves

 

1988 then

Thirty Fates started at the fall of 80’s under the name of metal invaders by the founder members

of Elias GGLONIS   GUITARS, NICK GGLONIS   DRUMS & STELIOS PAPAKOSTAS   vocals.

A few years later they changed their name to black fate, joined by Hercules Fanarakis on bass guitar.

 

Influenced from the 80’s metal bands & artists like OZZY OSBOURNE,

DIO, IRON MAIDEN, FATES WARNING, SANCTUARY, QUEENSRYCHE, METALLICA, JUDAS PRIEST, BLACK SABBATH etc. they started writing their own music releasing their 4-track demo in February 28/1991.

This hand by hand traded tape followed by four videos during the summer of 1991, which never saw the light of the day.

 

2021 now

After a long time of absence there was a breakdown of barriers, not only for our thirst

for music but also for our thirty years fans, so we decide to play together again.

The idea of an anniversary album motivated us, and we found it great to re-introduce our first demo and some of fates missing tracks to the public.

With the help of many great musicians worldwide & a great producer we entered the studio turning those tracks into nowadays songs.

After spending one year in recordings, this album finally completed by 9 songs, including 4 tracks of our first demo, 2 unreleased tracks from the 80’s, 3 tracks from our 2000’s mini ep and a completely brand-new song .    

 

Blissful

Making music after so long, was a joyful ride from the past to the future & we really enjoyed it

playing together again.
